Rehousing Program

The O.V.A.L Rehousing Program provides transitional housing for Veterans and their families for a period of  two (2) weeks to two (2) years, based upon the individual veterans needs.  The O.V.A.L Rehousing Program offers confidential services to all displaced veterans and their families by connecting them with transitional housing, local, state and national resources through our network. Preserving and enhancing the dignity and well-being of displaced veterans of the United States of America by providing a vital assortment of services that enrich social relationships, foster physical/mental health, encourage educational/career interests and promote self-reliance.

The program plays an integral role in helping individuals and families obtain and maintain housing with our designated accountability coaches.  Our coaches are a safeguard in the prevention of housing scams and discrimination.   They serve as an important gateway to local, state, federal and private housing assistance and resources.  It helps us to fulfill an O.V.A.L Program promise to “ensure every veteran has a Forever Home”, a symbol of full restoration.

The O.V.A.L Rehousing Program offers ongoing workshops to include:

• Tenant and Homeowner Workshop 

• Property insurance & Maintenance

• Financial Literacy Seminars

• Basic Money Management
