Program Overview

The O.V.A.L programs, provide a community-based approach to reintegrate transitioning, displaced and justice-involved veterans who have / do not have mental health or substance abuse issues.  We rehouse veterans as we collaborate with community-based programs, law enforcement and other agencies to get them access to mental/physical health services, career training, job placement, individual/group therapy sessions and guided access to VA Benefits and available health services.  

In addition to its community-based collaborations for rapid rehousing and mental/physical health services, The O.V.A.L program also offers a community-based Life Choice, Life Mastery Tract as a personal growth pathway into a stable life environment for veterans at-risk of displacement.
